SMTP

  • SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is the standard protocol for sending/receiving email and is considered the killer app for the internet today. Bulletin offers several products that can transform email (SMTP) into SMS and vice versa.
    • Bulletin Mail allows enables your phone to receive email alerts by SMS sent directly to it or to poll your other email addresses for new mail.
    • Email2SMS allows users that have their email addresses enabled to send SMS messages from their email clients (eg Outlook) with no additional software.
    • mQuery allows any SMS user to send messages to a number and have them forwarded to your email
    • Bulletin Messenger (like email2sms) allows users that have their email addresses enabled to send SMS messages from their email clients (eg Outlook) with no additional software.
    • Bulletin Messenger also allows users to receive emails that were originally SMS messages sent to a special number
