Messaging products for the iPhone and iPod Touch

Secure push eMail on the iPhone; Full 2-way international SMS on the iPod Touch

Tuesday 15 January, 2008.
San Francisco, CA

Bulletin.Net today launches at MacWorld 08 exciting new messaging products for the iPod Touch and the iPhone.

Bulletin's SMS for iPod is the world's first 2-way SMS service tailored for the iPod Touch. When an iPod Touch user is connected to a WiFi access point they can now send and receive SMS messages to any mobile phone in the USA and internationally. This exciting service brings cellphone-like messaging to the iPod Touch device.

Bulletin.Net today also launches an iPhone client service for its popular Bulletin Mail solution. This provides a secure push email service for all iPhone users. The service aggregates and continually monitors all of your email accounts (including internet email, ISP and corporate email accounts). When an email meets the predefined filter rules, a notification is pushed immediately to your iPhone. Bulletin Mail also allows you to reply to any mail directly from your phone.

Bulletin.Net's President, Bruce Herbert, says that simplicity and security are key to push email services. "Our Bulletin Mail service provides secure access to your personal or enterprise email, whilst being easy to configure and setup. In fact there is no software to install on either your phone or email server. The service is fully configured through our easy to use Bulletin Mail portal."

Both the iPod and iPhone products utilize Bulletin Wireless' patented mTAG™ technology which enables the user to manage multiple SMS conversation threads. This guarantees replies are routed correctly to the originating message thread.

The launch of these products coincides with Bulletin's exhibit at MacWorld 2008 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, California, USA. Bulletin Wireless can be found at booth No.3141 in the West Hall.

The Bulletin Mail product for the iPhone is available at a special introductory offer of free setup, no monthly fees with the first 500 notifications free. Additional email notifications are charged at $0.10 per notification.

Bulletin's SMS for iPod product is available at a special introductory offer of free setup, no monthly fees with the first 100 SMS messages free. Additional messages are available for $0.10 per message.
