Your Account Details
Why am I prompted for a Verification Number when I log in?
- To access some functionality you need to confirm your mobile phone number. This is done by sending a SMS to your registered mobile number when you subscribe or when you change your number. You should enter the verification code from the SMS to validate you number.
If you have not received the verification code then check your account details and confirm that the mobile number is correct and then resend the verification SMS and follow the instructions.
How do I change my Account Details?
- Your personal details can be changes at any time using the BOS account page. Some changes will require confirmation before they become active, for example, changing your mobile number.
What is the difference between a billing account, a user, a cost centre and a company?
- A billing account is the billing relationship we have with either the user, the cost center (branch, department etc.) or the company.
BOS allows a company administrator to configure a number of billing accounts to distribute costs through out their organisation (grouping users together in a cost center if necessary).
Most companies do not require this level of granularity and are happy with company level billing.
