Introduction to Bulletin Online
The Bulletin Online (BOS) portal provides a single point of entry to the Bulletin range of wireless products and services. It is through BOS that you will login when you want to subscribe to and access your services. You will make any payments using one of the payment services provided and can get more information on any of the services we offer.
This Document goes through in detail steps needed for everything from signup to making a payment and subscribing to services.

Signing up
Note: If your company is already signed up please contact your company administrator to get an account set up.
Signing up through Bulletin Online is easy and can be done in one of a few ways

Sign up via the website
Users can sign up for Bulletin Online via the website http://www.bulletinonline.net
The following steps explain how to sign up for Bulletin Online
- Go to http://www.bulletinonline.net
- Click the link SIGN UP NOW! In the side menu panel
- Complete the following fields
- Country: Select your country from the list. If your country is not displayed please contact support@bulletinwireless.net or select the closest country to you
- Name: your full name
- Email: The email address related to the account you wish to set up
- Mobile: Your mobile number will be your login and part of your bulletin mail email address, this must be a valid mobile number and Must be in International Format with no spaces, letters, brackets or other special characters see the section on International Number Format for examples
- Type the four letters/numbers that appear on the screen into the textbox (if you cannot see these letters/numbers properly click the Regenerate button)
- Click the Sign up! Button
- A txt message will be sent asking you to reply with CONFIRM. This is done to ensure that the mobile number you are using is valid.
- Once you have replied with confirm a txt will be sent out giving you your username and password (You must reply with CONFIRM)
You are now ready to login and start using the Bulletin Online services

Sign up a company account
To sign up a company account please contact Bulletin Wireless

My Account
This section of the navigation menu gives you access to your Bulletin Online Account settings
My User Details
Access and update your account details such as
- Contact name and contact details
- Your mobile number which will need to be confirmed if you change it
My Billing Account
Your Billing Account gives you access to subscription services where you can subscribe to new ones or cancel existing subscriptions. You are also able to view your transaction history and make a payment if your are on a prepay account.
Make A Payment
Prepay account holders can use one of the secure payment engines to top up their account. Available payment methods differ between countries but generally Paypal is available. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still make a credit card payment using their payment facility.
System Notifications
This screen allows you to view messages generated by the Bulletin Online system. Things such as low balance warning, cancellation requests and password requests are logged here for your records.
Change Password
If you need to change your password (and we recommend you do so regularly) then you can do so here. Note that this password change will impact all your Bulletin services and will alter any API credentials you may be using. Ensure you update any systems to use the new settings.
My Subscriptions
Listed under this section of the menu are links to the Bulletin services you are currently subscribed to and you can use these links to access your messaging services.
Subscribing to a service
Note: If your company is signed up for Bulletin Online you will have to contact your company administrator to subscribe to a new service
To subscribe to a service simply click the subscribe button next to the desired service. You will now notice that a link for that service now appears under my subscriptions in the side menu panel.

Passwords
Forgotten password
A forgotten password can be retrieved by doing the following.
On the main page (when you first enter http://www.bulletinwireless.net) click on the 'Forgotten your password? 'Link. Now just enter either your username or email and select to get it sent by email or SMS and click the send password button.
Your password will be sent to you within the next 20 minutes.

Browser Requirements
The Bulletin Online web site uses Javascript and is designed for 1024/768 screen size.
You may get warnings from your browser as you are redirected to the individual Bulletin services from Bulletin Online.
