Bulletin Online knows about the user's user account, billing account and the services that the user is subscribed to. It knows about the user's current balance and any past transactions and is the central portal for the Bulletin Wireless range of products.

Bulletin Online not only has integrated billing and user management, it also makes these features available to other products through an inductry standard SOAP interface. Bulletin Online offers secure online payments through Paypal (Worldwide) and Payment Express (NZ) with plans to integrate other payment options according to demand.
With Bulletin Online it is easy to add a new services such as the Bulletin Messenger broadcast SMS product or third party offerings. These services can use the OpenSAML Single Sign On (SSO) implementation and centralised billing.

Central User Management

Bulletin Online is a central place where users and companies can create edit and update their company details, user group details (which can be a department, cost center branch or any other structure within the company) as well as their user details. Quick sign on and activation of accounts is also supported so that the our products have a low barrier to entry. User and companies can sign on and start using the services immediately if they use the prepay option. If the person or company prefers to be invoiced they can contact our admin staff for help in setting up the account.
